i can't seem to stop falling in love with brilliant, beautiful dead women. highsmith definitely belongs in this group. read 2 of her novels over the weekend, and i may read the rest of them before i'm done. she sure was something.
i like the novels i have read quite a bit but much much more i wd say i'm in love with her in the fotos! saw them long while back now--abt a year--really--in the bio that had come out-- and to quote the george jones song "and ever since she /preyed upon his mind"--!!
